COVID-19 and Safety

You must follow all venue policies, including health and safety policies and posted instructions while in the venue and on venue grounds while participating in events held or sponsored by the Colorado Solar and Storage Association (“COSSA”).

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. You acknowledge and understand the following:

1. To ensure the safety of event participants, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 – meaning that they have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, by May 25, 2021;

2. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and

3. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID- 19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.


Guests agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact COSSA at adunn@cossa.co if they experience symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after attending a COSSA event. Guests showing COVID-19 related symptoms shall not be permitted entry. COSSA reserves the right to prohibit attendance by (or eject from attendance) anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 or other coronavirus strains.
