The Colorado Solar and Storage Association (COSSA) represents the solar and storage industry in critical policy conversations across the state. Since 1989, COSSA has worked with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, state legislature, local governments, inspectors, and stakeholders to remove barriers, open markets, and advocate for the future of solar and storage in Colorado.
