Gates open at 5:15 p.m. at the pedestrian entrance to the Carriage House. Governor Polis will speak at 5:45 p.m. to kick off the event.
Our event will be out back by the Carriage House. The Carriage House pedestrian entrance is located mid-block on the east side of Logan Street, halfway between 7th and 8th Avenues. The gate opens 15 minutes prior to the event start time. This is the only entrance / exit point for the event.
Deliveries should be made to the driveway entrance at 750 Logan Street.
The Governor’s Residence free public parking lot is located at the southwest corner of 8th Avenue and Logan Street:
• The northernmost section has 28 spots, and is available for use at all times.
• The section to the immediate south of that lot has an additional 56 spots, and is available weekdays after 5:00 pm, and at all times weekends.
The nearest pay parking lot, available 24/7, is located on the northwest corner of 9th Avenue and Grant Street.
Metered and non-metered street side parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood and is generally limited to 2 hours.

Garden party style dress – dress comfortable as it may be hot. No strict dress code however.
Join New Energy Colorado’s Solar CitiSuns and COSSA (formerly COSEIA) as we celebrate the Summer Solstice with an evening of fun! This year’s festivities will be at the Governor’s Residence at the Boettcher Mansion from 5:30-9:30pm on Thursday June 20th. This event will celebrate our solar and energy storage industries workforce, from company owners and executives to the roof crew, warehouse, and administrators. The celebration will feature a live band, food, drinks, and a few inspiring speakers. Guests are invited to network and enjoy the festivities while we celebrate the growing solar and energy storage markets. This event benefits New Energy Colorado and commends the efforts of solar and energy storage workers across the state.
Governor Jared Polis is confirmed to speak at this year’s Summer Solstice Celebration. Be sure to be there when he discusses Colorado’s industry successes and his vision for our future. He will be speaking at 5:45 p.m. to kick off our celebration!
We are excited to announce Namaste Solar’s very own Jonny Miller, singer and mandolin player with The Lonesome Days, will be performing at our Summer Solstice Celebration. He will be joined by his close friend Dave Pailet, a guitarist, dobra player and vocalist for Turkeyfoot.
