Please Join as at the Denver Metro Green Homes Tour!

Where: The tour begins at the American Mountaineering Center, 710 10th Street, Golden, CO
This self-guided tour allows you to visit each “green” home and talk with the home owners and volunteers about the green features of each home. The tour grew out of the work of Golden Earth Days (now New Energy Colorado) which promoted and demonstrated environmental awareness and appreciation in the greater Golden area for more than 24 years. This was achieved through educational and volunteer action oriented efforts including public outreach, coordinating large-scale and small-scale canyon cleanup efforts in Clear Creek Canyon and tree plantings in the Golden area.
