COSSA’s July 28th member call was joined by Paul Scharfenberger, the Executive Director of the Colorado Clean Energy Fund (CCEF).
The CCEF was created in partnership with the State of Colorado and capitalized with $30 million. CCEF’s mission is to fill existing gaps in clean energy financing in Colorado and CCEF’s inaugural loan products will provide low-cost, long-term financing for solar projects installed on residential and commercial/industrial properties, with a particular focus on low-and moderate-income households and small commercial projects (<$500k) and/or nontraditional asset classes (e.g. agriculture).
