Expanded responsibility is a sign of his success during his tenure with COSSA

Denver, Colorado – July 21, 2020 – The Colorado Solar and Storage Association (COSSA) is excited to announce today that Griffin Crafts has been promoted to Director of Operations and Membership.

This new position better reflects Crafts’ increasing responsibility and success at COSSA.

Crafts started at COSSA, then the Colorado Solar Electric Industries Association (COSEIA), in July of 2018 as a membership associate and was promoted in January 2019 to Membership Manager.

During Crafts’ tenure, COSSA has doubled its membership and played an increasingly significant role in Colorado’s rapid energy transition. Additionally, he has also produced multiple events, including the in-person 2019 Summer Solstice at the Governor’s mansion and the online 2020 Summer Solstice.

In his new role, Crafts will be focused on expanding member services and working to ensure the lean organization is able to meet all of our members’ needs, especially in the COVID era.

“Working with Griffin has been a real pleasure. He has consistently outperformed expectations and has taken on new responsibilities. He’s a real asset to the team,” said COSSA President and CEO Mike Kruger, “Under his leadership, I expect that our membership will continue to expand and existing members will continue to see an even more streamlined and efficient organization.”
